Once again my mind drifts back
to places once explored
to crimes that needed to be solved
haunted mansions to be explored
oh the joys of childhood and the memories it cast
times with friends joyful and filled with sorrow
timeless pictures in my heart that forever will last
No worries no cares only ambitious dreams
hours spent together contriving ridiculous schemes
it all seems so humorous now that the time has past
But no shadows on those memories will ever be cast
